Simply choose the client you want to service attend training for that specific client and start making money.
We are a virtual Call center who hires independent contractors to help our clients.
As a contractor you get the freedom to choose the companies you want to work for and pick your own hours!
We don't sell anything, there is no cold calling random people.
We offer our customer service skills to our clients for an hourly rate and their customers call us.
Qualifications
- Reside in the United States
- Have a computer with Windows 10 or better, no Chromebook or Apple computers
- Noise cancelling headset with microphone
- Reliable internet
- Ability to pass an English speech assessment
- 18 years or older

Are There any upfront costs?
Cost of background check is $30
Am I responsible for my own taxes?
YES! As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you are responsible for your taxes. Taxes ARE NOT deducted from payroll! We will give you a W-9 form to fill out upon starting and you will receive a 1099 at tax time.
How do I get paid?
Every client has a different starting pay rate. You select the client you wish to be work for and get paid an hourly wage. You can service more than 1 client, so there are no limits to how much you can make. Paydays are twice a month
Training for contracts are not paid. After typically 2 weeks you will be granted access to select hours you can service and make money. You only get paid for the intervals you select and work.
This is a great opportunity for those who need a side hustle or have to stay at home and need the flexibility.
Arise charges a $25 platform fee that is deducted from each paycheck
